Holiday Inn Express Frisco Legacy Park Area, An Ihg Hotel, Frisco

During my stay, I encountered both positives and negatives. The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful, and the hotel was clean. However, the room was noisy, and the breakfast service was disorganized. The shower had issues, and there were maintenance concerns that impacted my experience overall.

I had really high hopes for this stay, especially since I had visited before, but it didn't live up to expectations. The front desk staff were lovely and efficient, but the room situation was chaotic with noisy soccer teams running through the halls. The breakfast area seemed understaffed and constantly out of items. Plus, the locked staircase doors were a major inconvenience. Overall, it felt like the hotel was struggling to handle the busy weekend.
